Description
One of our fan favorites, brown stewed chicken is possibly the tastiest entrees we make. The chicken is cut into bite sized pieces then seasoned and browned on all sides before it’s simmered for over an hour. One of the features of our food preparation is we deconstruct our food, that simply means during the cooking process, the proteins are removed from the pan so that we can build up the sauce before we blend everything back to the pan. It makes for a wonderfully, flavored dish.
